Questions about official Crawford County criminal records belong with the agency that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court, police, custody, and statewide criminal-history requests to the proper public office.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use these Crawford County and Pennsylvania contacts for official records:

  • Court case files: contact the Clerk of Courts, Judicial Center second floor, 359 E. Center Street, Meadville, PA 16335, 814-333-7442, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Criminal-history records: use the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository and PATCH
  • Sheriff records and routing: call 814-333-7411 or visit the Sheriff on the Judicial Center second floor during published weekday hours
  • Jail custody: contact the Crawford County Correctional Facility, 2100 Independence Drive, Saegertown, PA 16433, or use Pennsylvania VINELink
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case

Crawford County has no single omnibus records division. Send court files to the Clerk, police reports to the investigating agency, jail matters to the correctional facility, and Sheriff-created records to the Sheriff.
